3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order giving no reason however, please ensure a clear message preferably Email is sent to the customer service team.

We offer exchanges as long as the product is still in the original packaging and products un-opened, as personal care products such as skin care are classed as hygiene products.
