Product Description

LOVE IT

Sterling Silver is specially formulated to eliminate brassy, yellow tones from blonde and silver hair. With its unique violet base, this mild toning shampoo removes dullness and brassiness, leaving blonde and silver hair looking cleaner and brighter. pH 4.5-5.5.

USE IT

Massage into wet hair. Rinse and repeat as desired. Use once or twice a week for colour maintenance or more frequently for persistent discolouration.
 

WHAT’S IN IT

CARE Complex – blend of antioxidants including sunflower seed extract, marigold, lavender, red clover, pine and carnation that fight-off free radicals and guard against UV exposure keeping your hair colour bright and healthy.
Sunflower seed extract – fights colour-destroying free radicals and protects from UV degradation.
Polyphenols – natural compounds found in flowers that keep colour vibrant, even in intense sunlight. Our polyphenolic blend includes aqueous extracts of marigold, lavender, red clover, pine and carnation.
Violet base – neutralizes yellow and brassy tones. Non-staining.
NaPCA – a natural moisturizer.
Cinnamidopropyltrimonium chloride – fights the harmful effects of the sun on your hair (i.e. UVB degradation).

WHAT’S NOT IN IT

Salt (sodium chloride) – most shampoos use salt as a thickener, which dries out your hair. AG shampoos are naturally thicker without the addition of salt, leaving your hair
healthy, shiny and hydrated.
DEA – a foaming agent used in shampoos, which has been placed on a watch list by the FDA. We have removed this ingredient from all of our shampoos and
replaced it with a naturally derived ingredient sourced from rapeseed oil.
Parabens – used as preserving agents and have been shown to be a concern to human health. We use gentle cosmetic grade preservatives with a worldwide safety approval.
PABA (or para-aminobenzoic acid) – It has been found to be an irritant to the skin. As a precaution we have chosen to use alternative ingredients.
Gluten – all AG Products are 100% gluten-free.

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). Ensure you provide accurate address for smooth delivery. Packages undeliverable through GFS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL DPD-UK and /or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our Warehouse.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from GFS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, DPD-UK to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our store. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lovelique beauty shop is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website according to § 27 a sales tax law.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

Damages

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
