How does it work?

The multi-component composition, that forms the basis of Rosta Eyelash & Eyebrow Treatment’s formula, sets it apart from other similar products on the market.

At the heart of the formula there are oily extracts of medicinal herbs, micro elements obtained from algae, vitamins, bio complexes and seaweed extracts. These bio-active ingredients penetrate deep into the skin and nourish the hair follicles directly to:

  • Trigger the natural processes of hair growth.
  • Increase the resistance of the hair follicle to harmful environmental factors such as pollution, UV radiation and mascara and eye make-up.

The natural and perfectly balanced live components (complexes) of Rosta Eyelash & Eyebrow Treatment work in synergy, and stimulate hair growth.

Recommended usage

Last thing at night after removing all make up (including mascara) apply a small amount of the balm to the very tips of the upper and lower eyelashes. The balm will naturally absorb into the eyelashes.

 Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays. 

Note: Tracking information will be provided by Email, after an order has been marked as despatched from warehouse.

Carefully READ each product page descriptions for delivery timing specification, as each product are tagged with approximate delivery times.

Free Delivery on all orders and  this will be displayed on checkout, once your shipping details has been entered correctly

Deliveries can only be possibly made to delivery addresses from these countries;

We are unable to offer Shipment to addresses with PO BOX

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). Ensure you provide accurate address for smooth delivery. Packages undeliverable through GFS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL DPD-UK and /or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our Warehouse.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from GFS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, DPD-UK to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our store. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lovelique beauty shop is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website according to § 27 a sales tax law.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

Damages

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
